2. Website Use
The information provided on our Website is intended for general informational purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to keep our Website information accurate and current. However, service descriptions, pricing, availability, promotions, photographs, and other information may change without notice.
Website content does not create a binding contract for services.
3. Quote Requests
Customers may submit quote requests through our Website or through advertising platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Submitting a quote request does not guarantee that Waska Washing will provide services or that the price shown or discussed will remain unchanged.
Quotes may vary depending on factors including:
Size of the property or surface
Condition of the surface
Amount and type of dirt, algae, mold, stains, or other buildup
Accessibility
Height
Materials and surfaces involved
Equipment required
Additional services requested
Conditions discovered at the property
The final price will be confirmed with the customer before work is performed.
4. Minimum Service Charge
Waska Washing generally has a $100 minimum service charge.
The minimum may not apply in every situation and may be adjusted when multiple services are combined or when otherwise agreed upon.
5. Service Agreement
A quote or estimate is not a binding contract until Waska Washing and the customer agree to the services, price, and scheduling arrangements.
Once the customer and Waska Washing agree to proceed, the agreed-upon scope of work and price will govern the service.
Additional work requested by the customer may result in additional charges.
6. Scheduling
Customers may request a preferred service date, but scheduling is subject to availability.
Waska Washing may need to change a scheduled service date because of weather, unsafe conditions, equipment problems, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasonable causes.
If Waska Washing needs to reschedule because of weather or other circumstances outside the customer’s control, we will work with the customer to arrange another service date.
7. Weather
Exterior cleaning services may depend on suitable weather and site conditions.
If weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to perform the requested service, Waska Washing may postpone and reschedule the work.
Examples may include severe storms, lightning, excessive wind, freezing temperatures, heavy rain, or other conditions that could create unsafe working conditions or negatively affect the service.
8. Customer Cancellations
If a customer cancels a scheduled service, a 20% cancellation fee may apply.
Instead of cancelling, customers may choose to reschedule for a later available date.
The cancellation fee may be waived or adjusted at Waska Washing’s discretion in reasonable circumstances.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing Waska Washing with reasonable access to the property and areas being cleaned.
Customers may move or protect personal belongings before service, or Waska Washing may assist with moving or protecting items when reasonably practical.
Customers should notify Waska Washing before service of any known:
Property damage
Weak or deteriorated surfaces
Loose materials
Previous repairs
Special surface treatments
Known leaks
Electrical hazards
Other conditions that could affect the cleaning process
Customers are responsible for securing pets and notifying Waska Washing of relevant property hazards.
10. Pre-Existing Damage and Surface Conditions
Exterior cleaning can reveal damage or deterioration that was not readily visible before cleaning.
Waska Washing is not responsible for damage that existed before our services or for damage resulting from hidden, weakened, deteriorated, improperly installed, improperly maintained, or defective materials.
Examples may include:
Rotting or deteriorated wood
Loose siding
Failed caulking or seals
Loose paint
Flaking coatings
Cracked concrete
Damaged roofing materials
Loose gutters
Weak or damaged screens
Previously damaged windows
Improperly installed materials
Previously damaged landscaping or property
Waska Washing may document pre-existing conditions with photographs and may notify the customer before proceeding.
If Waska Washing determines that a requested service could reasonably cause damage because of an existing condition, we may refuse, modify, or postpone that portion of the work.
11. Damage Caused by Waska Washing
Waska Washing takes reasonable care when performing services.
If Waska Washing causes damage to a customer’s property through our negligence or improper performance of the service, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, Waska Washing may repair the damage directly or handle the matter through our insurance.
Customers should notify Waska Washing of any suspected service-related damage as soon as reasonably possible.
12. Cleaning Results
Exterior cleaning can significantly improve the appearance of a property, but results are not guaranteed to be perfect or uniform.
Certain stains, discoloration, oxidation, rust, paint failure, permanent staining, weathering, biological growth, and other conditions may not be completely removable.
The final result may depend on:
Surface age
Surface material
Previous maintenance
Weather exposure
Type of staining
Condition of the surface
Previous coatings or treatments
Severity of buildup
Waska Washing will use reasonable cleaning methods appropriate for the surface and requested service.
13. Thirty-Day Service Guarantee
Waska Washing provides a 30-day service guarantee on qualifying completed services.
If a customer has a problem with the completed service within 30 days, the customer should contact Waska Washing and explain the issue.
If Waska Washing determines that the issue is related to our workmanship or that the agreed-upon service was not properly completed, we will return to the property and make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.
The 30-day guarantee does not cover:
New dirt or buildup occurring after service
Weather-related changes
New biological growth
Damage caused by the customer or another party
Pre-existing conditions
Deteriorated or defective materials
Normal wear and tear
Conditions outside Waska Washing’s reasonable control
Services or conditions not included in the original scope of work
The guarantee does not create a guarantee that every stain, discoloration, or surface imperfection will be completely removed.
14. Payments
Waska Washing currently accepts payment methods that may include:
Cash
Check
Venmo
Payment is generally due upon completion of the agreed-upon services unless another arrangement has been made in writing.
Waska Washing does not currently process customer payments directly through the Website.
15. Additional Work
If additional services are requested after the original quote has been accepted, Waska Washing may provide an updated price before performing the additional work.
Additional work will not be performed without customer approval, except for minor incidental work reasonably necessary to complete the agreed-upon service.
16. Property Access
The customer authorizes Waska Washing to access the property for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon services.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that Waska Washing can reasonably access the areas included in the service.
If access is unavailable or significantly restricted, Waska Washing may need to reschedule or adjust the scope and price of the work.
17. Water, Electricity, and Other Utilities
Where reasonably necessary, customers may be asked to provide access to an available water source or electrical outlet.
Waska Washing may use its own equipment and supplies where appropriate.
Customers should notify Waska Washing of any known restrictions or limitations involving water, electricity, septic systems, landscaping, or other property conditions.
18. Photos and Marketing
Waska Washing may photograph completed work and property surfaces before, during, and after services.
These photographs may be used for:

Waska Washing will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessarily displaying private or sensitive personal information in marketing materials.

Waska Washing may offer promotions, discounts, bundles, referral offers, or other special pricing from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated:
Promotions may have specific eligibility requirements.
Promotions may have expiration dates.
Promotions cannot necessarily be combined.
Promotional pricing applies only to qualifying services.
Waska Washing may change or discontinue promotions.
Advertised prices are not necessarily binding until the service and final price are confirmed with the customer.
20. Commercial Services
Commercial customers may be subject to additional terms, pricing, scheduling requirements, or service agreements depending on the scope of work.
If a separate written commercial service agreement is provided, that agreement will control where it conflicts with these general Terms.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Minnesota law, Waska Washing will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our Website or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents Waska Washing from addressing legitimate damage caused by our own negligence or improper performance as described in these Terms.

These circumstances may include:
Severe weather
